The Electricity Distribution and Supply Authority (EDSA) is a state-owned utility responsible for electricity transmission and distribution in Sierra Leone. As part of its commitment to employee welfare and productivity, EDSA allocated funds in its 2025 budget and seeks to contract a qualified service provider to manage and deliver a one-stop medical Service. This scheme is designed to provide streamlined, comprehensive medical services, including consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and pharmacy services, all on a single site.
Bidding is open to all National Consultants who can demonstrate Financial Capability, Experience, and Similar work Performance.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address below between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, Mondays to Fridays, except on holidays.
A firm will be selected under the Quality Cost Base System and procedures described in this RFP.

Hard copies of both Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal should be delivered in two separate sealed envelopes, written “RFP response for Medical Service “and must be delivered to Electricity House, 3rd Floor, 36 Siaka Steven Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone on or before 12:00 noon on Tuesday 26th August 2025. The Proposals should be submitted along with:
- Valid Business Registration Certificate
- Valid NRA Tax Clearance Certificate
- Valid NASSIT Clearance Certificate
- Signed Integrity Pact
- NPPA Supplier’s Certificate Registration
- Evidence of similar work undertaken
- Medical and Dental Council Registration Certificate
Proposals will be publicly opened on 26th August 2025 at 12:00 Noon, in the presence of the bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened to bidders.
