President Bio Viewing The Various Trophies

FREETOWN, Oct. 25 (SALONE TIMES) – The executive of Mountain City FC base at Mountain Cut in Freetown have told the organizers of the President Bio’s Trophy that they would like to take part in the competition and to play in the opening ceremony match. In addressing the national coordinator of the President Bio’s Trophy David Momoh the Chairman of Mountain City said they were happy to be part of the competition as such he said the First Lady of the nation Fatima Bio grow up in the Mountain Cut community. In this case he said the President Bio’s trophy is so significant to them. Fatima they said is their newly crowned Chief Patron and it is time let her feel they are with her. David Momoh appreciates their invitation and the message in the Chairman’s welcoming address. He told them that putting politics aside there is so much attached to the President Bio’s trophy. The president he said has passion for sports and not only football. David went on to brief them about the first edition which took place in the South and East region with 32 teams. The outcome of the first edition has attracted so many with the call to let it be nationwide competition. The second edition he said is going to be a national community and Chiefdom tournament covering all the regions. The tournament will be for non-division players to scout out future talents. The meeting was climax with Mountain City executive presenting City jersey to David Momoh and a group photo graphs with the City executive members.
