FREETOWN, Feb. 28 (232news.com) – The Chairman of the National Union of Private Schools, Rev. Victor O.M Davies has received the Africa’s Educational Legends award.
The award which was organised by the School Growth International (SGI) based in Dubai and which Africa office is based in Nigeria presented to Rev. Victor O.M Davies among other awardees in Nigeria on Wednesday 23rd February, 2022.
Rev. Victor O.M Davies was awarded due to his outstanding work in educational development more especially educational system in private schools.
His award did not come as a surprise to some members of the Union because they described him as a dedicated and hardworking leader.
Rev. Victor O.M Davies is the first to be recognised internationally from Private Schools in Sierra Leone and as Chairman.
Rev. Davies and his team have been working very hard to give private schools a voice in the educational sector in Sierra Leone.
He is described as a hard-working personality that believes in team work to better the education in the country.
Rev. Victor O.M Davies thanked School Growth International for the recognising his work in the country and the entire Private Schools Union members for giving him the chance to lead.
He expressed commitment to do more for better Private schools in Sierra Leone.
