FREETOWN, Aug 3 (SALONE TIMES – 232news.com) – The power of the people is much stronger than the people in power. There are few things more powerful than people united. People are the most important resource in the Republic of Sierra Leone. People are more powerful than their politicians, if they exercise their rights in Sierra Leone! No genuine change in society ever occurs without the mass public getting behind a cause. The good guys in government are counting on enough of us common people waking up and demanding more rights and greater freedoms.
Contrary to what we, the people of Sierra Leone, have been told, we are the power; we have supreme authority because we are the masses and true power always resides with the masses, never with the global elite who, by their very nature, have always been a vulnerable minority and will always continue to be. As long as the masses realize that, of course. We don’t need any permission from the Police to protest or march in Sierra Leone.
