Following the first set of cabinet ministers appointed by President Julius Maada Bio, the President has also announced the remaining cabinet positions which saw the comeback of the former controversial Minister of Lands, Denis Sandy as Minister of Works.

In the cabinet announced by the President this past Saturday 15 July, some old guards were missing from the list including Minister of Transport, Kabineh Kallon, Minister of Internal Affairs, David Panda Noah, Minister of Works, Peter Bayouku Conteh, Minister of Labour, Employment and Social Security, Alpha Timbo, Minister of Fisheries, Emma Kowa Jalloh; Minister of Social Welfare Baindu Dassama, Minister of Agriculture, Abubakarr Karim and Minister of Development Francis Kaikai.

New names include Head of West Africa Network For Peace Building (WANEP) Dr. Isata Mahoi as Minister of Gender,  Head of Purposeful Chernoh Bah as Minister of Information and Civic Education,  Rtd Major General David Taluva as Minister of Internal Affairs, Dr Henry M Kpaka as Minister of Agriculture

The announcement also captured Alliance as the Leader of the National Grand Coalition (NGC) Dr. Kandeh Kolleh Yumkella is now Chairman of, the Presidential Initiative For Climate Change, Renewable Energy and Food Security while Alhaji Alpha Kanu remains the Presidential Spokesman.
