In a remarkable effort to support education and community development, Alphatek Global Youth Empowerment Organization, led by its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. George Alpha, visited SLC Primary School in Nekabu Village, Kenema District, on February 1, 2025. The team donated essential learning materials worth thousands of new Leones to over 200 pupils, reinforcing the organization’s commitment to enhancing inclusive quality education in underserved communities.
Welcoming the delegation on behalf of the community, Town Chief Martin Bockarie Kaikai expressed profound gratitude for the generous initiative. His opening remarks were followed by an introduction of key stakeholders present at the event, emphasizing the importance of such collaborative efforts in fostering educational growth.
Speaking on behalf of Alphatek Global SL Limited, General Manager Mr. Abdul Mendy Sesay provided an insightful overview of the organization’s operations. He highlighted Alphatek Global SL Limited as a company engaged in diverse sectors, including private security services, clearing and forwarding, waste management, business consulting, real estate, and facility management. Mr Sesay further underscored the organization’s non-profit initiatives, which focus on children, women, and youth empowerment. He emphasized that education remains a core pillar in Alphatek Global’s mission to drive sustainable development.
Delivering the keynote address, Mr. George Alpha (founder and CEO) expressed his deep fulfillment in reaching out to Nekabu Village, emphasizing his strong belief in education as a transformative tool for poverty alleviation. He passionately called on teachers and parents to take an active role in monitoring their children’s academic progress and instilling values that equip them to solve societal challenges. In a remarkable show of commitment, Mr. Alpha also announced the organization’s full sponsorship of the complete renovation of the school, ensuring that pupils benefit from a safe and conducive learning environment.
Reinforcing the significance of this initiative, Mr. Swaliho Kanneh, National Coordinator of Alphatek Global Youth Empowerment Organization, highlighted how this intervention aligns with the organization’s core mission—empowering young people through livelihood opportunities, promoting good health and well-being, and advancing inclusive education for sustainable development.
