The Central One Football Association (COFA) battle for the President Bio’s trophy among community teams will continue today with Soja Tong hosting Central community at the Parade field.
In all 32 teams are battling for the champions trophy and L50M (old money) cash prize donated by the first Gentle Man in Sierra Leone, HE Julius Maada Bio.
Gento Group of Companies provided funds for teams to prepare for the league and also provided jerseys for the participating teams.
Central defeated Shell Jewelers 2-0 in their first group stage match. Soja Tong lost to Abacha City 1-0 in their first group stage match.
Central community which host the venue of the league will dominate today in fans support and they are determine to get their second victory to make them confortable of qualifying to the next stage of the league.
Today’s derby match will see Soja Tong fighting hard to get their first victory. Sources from Soja Town camp stated that Soja Tong will be introducing their new signings who were absent in the first match. In tomorrow’s match Shell Jewelers will lock horns with Abacha City.
