Sierra Leone Brewery Limited (SLBL) has launched two new products-Maltina Pineapple flavour and Zagg Energy Drinks.
The launching took place at SLBL headquarters, Wellington Industrial Estate, Freetown this past Friday 24th November 2023.
Zagg is a non-alcoholic energy drink powered by Malt with 275ML net content, it is a refreshing beverage and full of ginseng, vitamins and taurine. Maltina Pineapple flavour is a multi-vitamin enriched non-alcoholic malt drink with 275ml net content.
SLBL is a pioneer in the beverage industry, unveils two innovative additions to its renowned collection of refreshing drinks, catering to diverse tastes and lifestyles of consumers.
Zagg Energy – Ignite Your Day with Clear Energy is an unconventional energy drink brewed to perfection. An experience infused with the goodness of malt and laden with energy bursts to energize every individual that chooses to be dynamic, non-conforming and unbound by rules, just like Zagg.
Maltina Pineapple – A Tropical Twist to Refreshment, expanding its beloved Maltina line, SLBL introduces Maltina Pineapple, an irresistible twist on the classic favorite. SLBL Corporate Affairs Manager, Foday Daboh described the day a significant milestone in the journey of SLBL as they gather to unveil two exciting new additions to their product portfolio. “It is with great pleasure that I stand before you to introduce the Zagg energy drink and Maltina Flavored drink.”
He went on to say as a company deeply rooted in the heart of Sierra Leone, they have always strived to meet the changing needs and demands of their consumers.

The unveiling of the masterpieces Zagg and Maltina Pineapple Flavour was done by SLBL Managing Director, Laurent Nsenda Bukasa, Marketing Manager, Olufunmilayo Ogunbodede and a host of top management, while welcome and closing remarks was done by SLBL Communication Manager, Unisa Conteh.
Both Zagg Energy and Maltina Pineapple is now available nationwide starting today 27th November 2023 in all wholesale and retail outlets.
