By this Deed Pool, I the unsigned KEDIE KANOU of 41 Surrey Road, RG2 OEU, Reading, United Kingdom now hitherto called KADIE KANU a Sierra Leonean by birth and a Belgian by Naturalization:
Do Hereby:
1. For and on behalf myself, my relatives wholly renounce, relinquish and abandon the use of my former name of KEDIE KANOU and in place thereof do assume from the 24th day of February, 2023, the name of KADIE KANU and hereby wish to be called, known and distinguished not try by my former assume named of KADIE KANU but by my assume named of KADIE KANU.
2. For the purpose of evidencing such determination, I declare that I shall at all times hereafter in all records Deeds and writings and in all proceedings, dealing and transactions both public as well as private and upon all occasions whatsoever use and sign the name of KADIE KANU as my name in place of the substitution of my former name KEDIE KANOU.
3. Expressly authorize and request all persons at all times hereafter to designate and address by such assume named accordingly, and further declare that all previous records bearing my former name shall remain valid.
