The executive of the National Olympic Committee (NOCSLE) and the executive of the Paralympic committee in Sierra Leone on Monday 20th March 2023 celebrated the birthday of the former NOC President Dr. Patrick Coker at his surgery office at Percival Street in Freetown.
The executive members paid a surprise visit to the former president with a birthday cake and said they were at his office to celebrate with him on his birthday.
Present at the celebration was the NOC President Prince Sualley, Joseph Nyande NOC CEO, Alhaji Unisa Deen Kargbo NOC Treasurer and several others joined the staffs of the surgery and the birthday celebrant Dr. Coker.
The executive members presented the birthday cake to the birthday celebrant Dr. Coker and wish him a happy birthday with more years to celebrate with good health.
After the birthday wishes, they cut the cake with the birthday celebrant and later his staffs cut the cake with him. Dr. Coker thanked them for their goodwill gesture on his special day. Beside this year, it has always been a yearly program for Dr. Coker to celebrate his birthday with the NOC members at his resident in Murray Town in Freetown. Dr. Coker assured the NOC and Paralympic members that his relationship with them will continue and that he is always ready to render help to them when the need arises.
