Osman Foday Yansanneh Secretary General of APC

FREETOWN, May 1st (232news.com) – High Court Judge, Hon Justice Adrian Fisher has handed judgment in the matter between Alfred Peter Conteh and Ernest Bai Koroma, Chairman of the All People Congress (APC), Osman Foday Yansanneh Secretary General of APC and the APC Executive.

The court granted a perpetual injunction on the national executive from holding themselves out as executive members, thereby dissolving the current executive.

The judgment also stated that there should be an interim committee to run the affairs of the party until they elect a new leadership.

The court further ordered the APC scribe Osman Foday Yansanneh to vacate office within 14 day, providing handing over notes to the INTERIM COMMITTEE

Meanwhile Lawyer representing Alfred Peter Conteh, Jessie M Jengo has asked the court to award a cost of $83,860 correspondingly 1.3 Billion Leones.
