After 15 years of successfully multitasking as the CEO and Director of Operations, Amb. Alhaji K. Tarawally (Laj-K) has decided to step down from the active role of Event Manager\Head of Operations and General Supervision of the Conglomerate to focus on other aspects of his professional life.

Under Amb. Alhaji K. Tarawally’s guidance and dedication, LAKE Production SL Limited has achieved remarkable milestones, solidifying its position as Sierra Leone’s number one event management and multimedia production company. The company has consistently delivered high-quality entertainment experiences, captivating audiences locally and internationally with the National Entertainment Awards, National Music Awards, National Music Festival, Miss Freetown Beauty Pageant, and the Kizz Daniel event successfully staged at the National Stadium in Freetown.

LAKE Production SL Limited is delighted to introduce the new executive leadership team to ensure a smooth and seamless transition. Effective 1st August 2023, Sheku Putka Kamara will assume the role of Executive Director, bringing a wealth of his experience and expertise to the Conglomerate. As the new Executive Director, Sheku Putka Kamara will spearhead the company’s strategic direction and overall growth, building on its strong foundation and expanding its reach to new heights.

Additionally, Lydia N. Djoli, an accomplished professional within the organization, will take on the role of Director of Operations. With her exceptional organizational skills and proven track record, Lydia N. Djoli will oversee the day-to-day affairs of LAKE Conglomerate, ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining the company’s commitment to excellence.
