FREETOWN, Sep. 13 (232News) – The Leader of the Coalition for Change Party in Parliament Hon Emerson Lamina has said the party will investigate some members of parliament of their party.
He explained that the members of parliament took part in the All People Congress Party (APC) delegate election in Kono and they were putting on APC T-shirts which they should not have worn.
He explained because they are representing the Coalition For Change (C4C) party in parliament such it is against their party’s rules.
Hon Lamina pointed out that if the members of parliament wanted to take part in any other political party regional elections they should have resigned from the Coalition for Change Party.
He maintained that for them to be seen partaking in any other party election shown that they have disrespected the C4C code of ethics and that as such, they are setting up an investigation on these members of parliament.
According to him, the party has set up an investigation to look into the issue because the members of parliament have been involved in to Anti- party activity which is not good for them in the party.
