Before court proceedings, Lawyers for the Complainants Tandem Liber Holdings, a Limited Liability Company registered in Sierra Leone and Edward Meijers wrote a warning letter to the fake German Investor Edwin Huyzendveld who is impersonating as a shareholder of Tandem Liber Holdings.
In the letter dated 11 April 2021, the Lawyers warned him (Edwin Huyzendveld) to desist from sending correspondences to different offices in Sierra Leone for which he claimed to be a shareholder.

The Lawyers furthered stated Edwin Huyzendveld did not stop but have continued with what they described as nefarious act to write series of emails and letters to various Offices in Sierra Leone trying to enquire from them
about the status of the above-named Company and at the same time holding himself out as one of the shareholders.
The Lawyers informed him that a criminal action have been instituted against him and that they have a court order and a bench warrant dated the 7th April 2022 issued by the Law Court in Sierra Leone for him (Edwin Huyzendveld) to be
arrested and brought before the Court to answer to the Criminal Charges levied against you.
The Lawyers further stated that all Offices in Sierra Leone and beyond which the above-named Company is dealing with have been notified and warned not to countenance Edwin Huyzendveld and that he is nothing but a Common Criminal imposing to be what he knows he is not.
A copy of that warning letter was sent to INTERPOL and the Office of National Security (ONS) who were notified for his arrest and for him to be brought to Sierra Leone for charges. Till date Huyzenveld is still at large.
