To transform the present economy and address the challenges facing most developing countries, there is the need for top economists with vast experience in shaping policy through economic analysis, forecasting, and strategic advice to guide sustainable development, fiscal stability, and social welfare.

One such personality is Dr. Victor A. B. Davies; Dr. Davies is an accomplished Economist with over 30 years of experience in international development, finance, and public policy. He holds a Doctorate degree in economics from the University of Oxford and served as Resident Representative of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to the Central African Republic. He was Head of the Department of Economics at Fourah Bay College. Fluent in French, he is a published scholar and playwright. He co-founded Wanjama Cultural Theatre and jointly organized the Ginger Hall Football League, which nurtured future Leone Stars players. His drive for results, sense of discipline, and vision for transforming Sierra Leone have been widely acclaimed.
