FREETOWN – The technical committee of the Sierra Leone Cricket Association will announce the names for four national teams to start effective training this week. Among the four national teams are the senior male team, senior female team, U-19 Boys and the U-17 female team. According to the Secretary General of the association Daniel Koroma who also doubles as the U-19 Team Manager the technical committee has selected 20 players for each team which the committee will announce today. The committee will also name coaches which they have assigned to be in charge of the various teams. The four teams he said are preparing for international competitions which are set for next year. The training according to him will be followed with the kick-off of their various national leagues when government gives them the okay to start leagues. Before this time he said the coaches have already held meetings with the players on how the training will go and the measures they will be putting in place.
