The battle for President Bio’s trophy 2nd edition in the COFA Inter-Community league continued on Tuesday with Summer City locking horns with Lumley community at the Parade field. The above match went onto the last minute of the 90 minutes when finally Mohamed Mansaray Aka MO netted the most needed goal for Summer City to win the match 1-0 at full time. After the match football analysts commented that the lucky side won the match as both teams played fine football. The head coach of Lumley said they lost the match through hardline but that they will fight hard to win the remaining matches in the group to qualify for the group of 16 teams. The Summer City coach said their first victory will not let them relent as it will a motivation to win the upcoming matches. The two teams are in group B with Fire Burn, Adonkia and Sumaila Tong. In today’s match Magazine community will lock horns with the Aberdeen community at the same venue. On Friday Fourah Bay community will host HADA from Tower Hill community.
