FREETOWN- Chairman for East End Tigers FC Victor Lewis has informed the public that he has several development plans for the club. He made this statement after unveiling a 35 seater bus for the team use.
Victor said, he used the money that was giving to him by the FA, from the sales of some players added to his own personal money to buy the bus.
He told the media that Tigers is a new club and that at the moment they are not financially strong. Notwithstanding, he said they want to get to where the bigger clubs in the world are.
Getting the team bus is the tip of his development plans for the team. He went on that his next plan is to let the team have a club house and to get their own stadium in the future.
He accepted that it will be a long plan project and that where he stops, his children will continue from there. Victor said his greatest wish is to let the league resumes.
In this case, he thanked the government for lifting the ban on all sports activities. But he said the next prayer is to let the outbreak of the Coronavirus becomes thing of the past not only in the country but all over the world so that fans will be allow to watch matches which he said will bring income to the clubs.
