FREETOWN, 4th September, 2020 (232news) – The Speaker of Parliament Dr. Abass Bundu on Thursday March 5th 2020 has present Certificate of Solidarity with the National People’s Congress and People of the People’s Republic of China in Their fight against the Coronavirus Pandemic at the well of Parliament. The Chinese Ambassador HU Zhangliang after receiving the certificate of Solidarity from the speaker stated that he would like to express his sincere appreciation to the speaker all members of parliament for presenting the certificate to him on behalf of the people of China this is the king of gesture which demonstrating a profound friendship this a precious support from the people of Sierra Leone on behalf of their Chinese brothers and sisters.
Ambassador Zhangliang pointed out that on behalf of the National People’s Congress and people of the People’s Republic of China he would like to say thank you, since the outbreak of the epidemic the Chinese government in 1.4 Bn Chinese people under the strong leadership of President of China close comprehensive measure to wage war against this disease the epidemic and control situation the significant of China government system have made a close effort in control the epidemic situation in the country things are better day after day.
According to him, the epic center in China is 3.7% they are making sure that they are putting preventive measure to combat this sickness because it cause by a virus which uncontrollable there is need to put control measured there is need for solidarity there is no need for rumors or stigma the china government is making sure that all foreign national even from Sierra Leonean are protected including students are safe they are alive also there basic needs has been take care off also he passed on the message to his country and the people of China he pray the people of Sierra Leone under the Leadership of his Excellency the President of the Republic Of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio also Sierra Leone is putting all preventive measured in the fight against the virus he pray that Sierra Leone would not have any case of coronavirus. He hopes that Sierra Leone and china will face any discrimination.
